SFA Self Protection
SFA is a complete and very versatile self protection system. Because of the combat/self defense aspects, our primary objective in a conflict is stand up fighting. However we do cover all ranges of fighting such as, punches, kicks, knees, elbows, locks, chokes, takedowns, ground, soft and hard weapons as well as multiple opponents. SFA covers a wide array of subjects related to combat and living, not found in exhibition/sport Silat nor in modern self defense systems.

Through the Vedic influence on our Silat, SFA has a holistic approach and offers the possibility of a heart healthier and happier lifestyle, by strengthening the mind and the body. Through the Yoga like stretches and positions combined with proper breathing you build strength, endurance, balance, coordination and agility. Training will also help you to reduce stress, improve concentration and increase your confidence and acceptance. It will raise your awareness, both in general and on your decision making in regards to your habits.
